Marques has shown his commitment to anyone who asked for his help. He has always been my helping hand even when I was too stubborn to ask myself. He leads by example and learns by experience. Marques is an invaluable asset to any group and you would be hard pressed to find a person more dedicated than he is. I recommend this rock-solid addition with out reservation.

During my time of employment with Marques Pedescleaux, I learned more about the the industry of business and gained mental and spiritual growth. As my manager Marques maintained a productive working environment. With the economy being as it is, he kept everyone’s personal struggles in mind. He not only gained relationships with his co-workers but with customers also. By possessing a caring attitude towards others, faithful customers continued to come back for more. God spoke the following words to Peter, James and John on the mountain at the transfiguration of Christ:
But even as he spoke, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my dearly loved Son, who brings me great joy. Listen to him.”   Matthew 17:5 (NLT)
This saying is natural since the Father loved the Son. Marques Vance Pedescleaux (MVP) is also a son. Marques is also well beloved. Some of the reasons are:

1. At age 3, he helped his father cut the grass when his father was recuperating from carpel tunnel surgery. Marques had both his hands on the lower bar of the lawn mover while his father had one hand on the top bar.
2. As Marques worked hard for the superintendent of the Sunday school setting up the chairs every Sunday.
3. How favoritism was showed in favor of others by a little league baseball coach. Marques stuck it out and several years later, he was leading the same team to the playoffs.
4. As a senior in high school, Marques has the tibula and fibula broken in a football ball scrimmage. As part of the surgery, Marques had a rod put in his leg. For the remainder of the season, Marques was at every game giving encouragement to teammates. At later played briefly in the second playoff game.
5. As a junior and senior in high school, Marques attended the Discipleship weekend function at Friendship West Baptist Church. This year, Marques returned to Discipleship weekend as a teacher/facilitator.

Therefore, Marques is my beloved son who brings me great joy. However, these comments are from his father. They are from some who never met Marques. These comments are from someone who died two weeks before Marques was born. These comments are from a person who only had a 6 grade education, yet he taught himself to be a finish carpenter who made cabinets, furniture, and even made a baseball bat for one of his sons. He even prepared the tax returns for neighbors. Now if Marques brings joy to this individual, nothing further can be said.
Because of this, I would highly recommend Marques for any position/venture he pursues.
PS., the comments are coming from Marques’ grandfather, Percy Pedescleaux. Percy’s DNA has been passed down to Marques.

When I think about Marques Pedescleaux, a few words come to mind; inspirational, tenacious, committed, determined and respectable. As a young boy, Marques began to exhibit this behavior byup -lifting and encouraging his peers and others around him. Marques’ behavior and conduct make those around him reach higher and look inside themselves to be the best they were created to be. He has the ability to reach out to young and old creating a comfortable environment where true communication can flow. Because of these things, I believe that he will be a great life coach, mentor and friend.
